How do we receive the totes?
An employee will deliver the totes to the address provided.
Do you pick the totes up?
Yes, once you have moved and unloaded all the reserved totes, an employee will pick them up at the address provided.
Are you a moving company?
No, we provide the totes you will be responsible for packing, loading and unloading.
Are the totes clean?
Yes, once our team has received the used totes they will be cleaned and sanitized before the next rental.
What happens if we need more time?
Email totes@totesforyou.com letting us know how much additional time you will need. You will receive an email confirming your additional time as well as the additional cost.
